Motivated Monday-little update

Hey everyone, I just realized that I didn't make a "Motivated Monday" post..
Today has been a really busy and stressful day, my head definitely was not in blogging mode.

I have been staying away from the scale this last week. My goal is to be on "scale strike" for 2 weeks. I decided to do this because around "that time" I tend to gain a lot of water weight, when I see the number go up, I get really down on myself. I am still feeling great and working out as much as I can. Hubster is still doing great as well :).

Next week I should have more of an update for you all, I just wanted to post to let you know I haven't dropped off the face of the planet :P

Yep it happened to me last week and it's all good. It Mother Nature and you can't get away from it.

Hope all is well. Don't worry we all get those days and we can't post or whatever we are suppose to do, Good Luck with your journey. I look forward to following you on it. I am also on a weight loss get healthy journey and will be posting on fridays.

I avoid the scale too because it makes me depressed especially around that time of month when the numbers go up!
